Frequently asked questions
Questions people usually have early on
FAQ pages do a lot of trust-building work. They make the site feel maintained, practical, and easier to navigate on a first visit.
Who is this site for?
Made to Survive is for people living with MS, their caregivers, families, friends, and anyone trying to better understand what meaningful support can look like.
Is this site medical advice?
No. This site is designed for support, lived perspective, language, encouragement, and community-oriented resources. It should not replace medical guidance from qualified professionals.
Can support people use this even if they feel inexperienced?
Yes. In fact, that is one of the strongest use cases for the site. The support person hub and related blog content are written for people who care but do not always know what to say or do.
Can I submit a story or question?
Yes. The contact form can be used as a simple submission channel for questions, reflections, support notes, or future blog ideas.
Why does the site include stories as well as resources?
Because people often need both. Resources help with action. Stories help people feel less isolated and more understood.
